Meet Sarah Cosford
Divine Feminine Guide & Transformational Mentor
Sarah Cosford is a Divine Feminine Embodiment Guide, Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, Transformational Mentor, and Energy Healer with a deep passion for supporting others to reconnect with their authentic selves. Drawing on extensive experience in embodiment practices, nervous system awareness, breathwork, and energy healing, she creates a grounded and supportive space where meaningful transformation can unfold.
Her work weaves together somatic awareness, subconscious transformation, breath, and movement to support the release of stored emotional patterns and reconnect people with the wisdom of their bodies. Through practices such as Kundalini Dance, breathwork, and embodied awareness, Sarah gently guides participants to cultivate greater presence, self-trust, and inner balance, allowing healing, expression, and personal transformation to emerge naturally.
